An experienced litigator with over 35 years of legal and international business experience, Mr. Dimas handles litigation across a broad range of practice areas, including the conduct and settlement of complex corporate, government and international negotiations.
Past clients include leading New York City restauranteurs and small businesses, a major hospitality-related development project in the Adirondacks, investors requiring due diligence and structuring advice for international investment opportunities, the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America, the national Greek airline Olympic Airways, cruise lines operating out of Greece, major U.S. tour operators to Greece, and numerous project owners, contractors, and developers including UK and US multi-national corporations doing business in Greece.
Mr. Dimas began his career in trust and estate planning, holding positions with Chase Manhattan and Morgan Guaranty before entering the practice of law. A graduate of Columbia College, he received his J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law. Mr. Dimas is a recipient of the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, awarded to “Americans of diverse origins for their outstanding contributions to their own ethnic groups and to American society” and a fluent speaker of Greek.
